The "Bike Lounge" is a biker's dream with all amenities and opens up to the deck, which overlooks a valley of trees along Lake Ann. Created to be your "Singletrack Basecamp" enjoy biking, hiking and relaxing in this unique home that sits alone on a cul-de-sac.
The space
Open floor plan with 9' ceilings with 14' vaults features bright natural light throughout the whole house. Timber accents and a stone fireplace create a "Lodge Chic" feel. Outdoor living space including 2 covered porches and deck doubles the size of the house.
The garage has been transformed into a Bike Lounge to create a unique and comfortable experience. Bike amenities include work stand & tools, bike stands and gear lockers along with official detailed maps of the area. The Bike Lounge includes a kitchenette with a utility sink and a mini fridge to keep your refreshments cold. With plenty of seating options you'll be taken aback by the amazing view out the back of the lounge.
You will be comforted upon arrival knowing that there's everything you need to start your time away from home. With bathroom basics and a well-equipped kitchen there will be little missing. Plan on a well equipped kitchen including, but not limited to various sizes of pots, pans, crock-pot, air-fryer, knives, measuring cups/spoons, baking utensils, pizza cutter, lemon juicer to name a few.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except the crawl space.
Other things to note
As new construction the communications are limited in choice and will take a bit longer to be as robust as we will eventually be. We currently have a T-Mobile 5G Gateway for WiFi that works well for basic access in checking email and some streaming.
Smart LG 50" television with an HD Arial antenna has all the basic channels. Streaming will work if you have streaming accounts to login to but the T-Mobile 5G Gateway is on a data plan that could potentially slow streaming down.
The T-Mobile Gateway has been running fine but we're looking forward to April 2023 when the unlimited COX Broadband is available on our street.
